Bath Thoughts explores the lingering influence of childhood imagination on adult consciousness. Set within the quiet intimacy of a bath, the painting occupies a liminal space between imagination, memory and reality. 

The bath serves as a symbolic site of transition. In childhood, it is often a place of play and invention; in adulthood, it becomes a space for solitude and reflection. Seated in contemplation, the two experiences converge. The rabbit - an emblem of innocence, comfort, and imagination - emerges as though an apparition summoned from memory itself. Thus, fantasies and emotional experiences of childhood are never entirely left behind, but continue to shape the way we perceive and navigate the world.
